Join Araucana Lodge’s fixed-date culinary tour, May 16–22, 2027. Discover Colombia’s Western Andes through gardens, markets, coffee and hands-on cooking, with Araucana Lodge as your home for six nights. Harvest ingredients on the farm, cook with Chef Jainer Arango and explore the landscapes and traditions behind the region’s food.

The journey

Day 1: Arrival, welcome reception and dinner.

Day 2: Araucana farm tour, wood-fire cooking and cloud forest birdwatching with hot chocolate at Km 18.

Day 3: Coffee farm visit and tasting, followed by a picnic at natural springs.

Day 4: San Cipriano River and a brujita ride, followed by a cooking class.

Day 5: Cali’s markets and food culture, with a curated dining experience.

Day 6: Dolmetsch Arboretum, a masa workshop and a final tasting menu.

Day 7: Farewell breakfast and departure.

Details & inclusions

May 16–22, 2027. Limited to eight guests. From USD $3,150 per guest in double occupancy; single supplement USD $595. Includes six nights at Araucana Lodge, all meals and snacks, culinary workshops, a coffee farm visit and tasting, bilingual guided excursions, transportation and transfers during the journey.

Airfare, alcoholic beverages, travel insurance, gratuities, laundry and personal expenses are excluded. The itinerary may adjust with weather, seasonality and local conditions.
